Speedometer History
The first speedometers were produced in the early 1900's. Speedometers were first offered as a factory installed option. Ford began production of the Model T Ford in October 1908, a speedometer was offered as a factory installed option. Then in 1913 Ford began offering a $6.00 rebate on 1914 cars that were not equipped with a speedometer. During 1915, Ford ceased offering the speedometer as standard equipment.

We repair speedometers and guarantee for one year but this guarantee excludes:
1. Damage caused by improper installation
2. Any failure which is not related to our original repair

Shipping Form Fill in this form, print and send with your unit for repair Packaging Tips Damage caused in shipping due to improper packaging can significantly increase the cost of your repair. Please be careful to pack your speedometer(s) according to the following guidelines. All packages must contain the following information or repair may be delayed

  1. Name
  2. Business card (if available)
  3. Shipping address
  4. Daytime and evening telephone numbers
  5. Payment information or a check to cover the estimated cost plus shipping
  6. Description of the problem or requested service.

Use a sturdy cardboard box size larger than the unit. Avoid shallow boxes.

Place the unit in a plastic bag to keep packing materials from getting inside the unit
